  2. Just a few short tips to go with this little program..
  3.  
  4. Firstly, you cannot change resolution whilst Fonteer is installed, 
  5. if you intend to use it in, say mono 640 x 400 mode, it is best to 
  6. set  that screen resolution first,  then drop the ACC file in your 
  7. boot partition, then reboot from there..
  8.  
  9. Removing  FONTEER.ACC does set everything back to normal  after  a 
  10. reboot, so no worries there..
  11.  
  12. Trying  it out,  does give a distinct improvement on any mono  GEM 
  13. based  applications  with the new font..  Out of the  diskzines  I 
  14. tried,  STEN  does  very well,  effectively getting a new lease of 
  15. life,  ST-News  is  not too bad either..  Maggie carries it's  own 
  16. version of the basic system font,  so does not show any changes to 
  17. its font..

  19. On lower, IE, medium resolutions, you only see half the text which 
  20. is a bit sad.. It would be very nice to see a version of this that 
  21. worked on all Falcon resolutions without restrictions..
